I have been a Smiths Station Panther since 1999, teaching and coaching at Wacoochee Jr. HS and then at Smiths Station HS since 2002. I have taught 7th civics/geography, 8th world history, 9th world history, 10th US history, Honors 10th US history, and AP 11th US history. In 2010 I began teaching drivers education and I am still alive!!!

I have been coaching for 24 years and took over in 2007 as the program director and head boys coach for cross country, indoor track & field, and outdoor track & field. 

I am happily married with 2 wonderful children who are currently students at SSHS and SSJHS. 

I arrived to Lee County in 1992 after signing an athletic scholarship to Auburn University for cross country and track & field.
