I was born and raised in Phenix City. I received my undergraduate degree in mathematics education from Auburn in 1990, and a masters degree from Troy University in 1994. I am married to my wonderful husband Neal, and we have two children, Cy and Seth. Cy is 28 and Seth is 26.  I began my teaching career at South Girard in Phenix City where I taught math for 8 years.  I then transferred to Smiths in 1999 and have been teaching here ever since.  I love teaching math and Smiths Station High School.  Go Panthers!!
