Dear Parents,

My name is Verlissa Echols Cobb, and I am excited to be your child's teacher this year.  I believe that holding high expectations for students and maintaining a positive classroom environment are essential for student success.  

A little bit about me: I grew up in Auburn, Alabama.  I am married to my high school sweetheart and we have one son. 

In my "free" time, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, attending Auburn University athletic events, and traveling. My philosophy of education is “A mind can be cultivated with the right gardener and proper tools."
