Hello. I am currently in my 22nd year as a Lee County educator. I taught 3rd grade for 13 years at East Smiths Station Elementary and South Smiths Station Elementary. This is my 9th year teaching at Wacoochee Elementary. I taught 2nd grade for 3 years and 5th grade for 1 year. This will be my 5th year of teaching physical education. 

I attended the Smiths Station school system (1st - 12th grade) and graduated from SSHS in 1988. I attended and graduated from Auburn University (B.S. in Environmental Science), Columbus State University (B.S. in Applied Computer Science), and Troy State University Phenix City (Master of Science in Education).

I have 2 children. My son is about to graduate with his culinary degree. My daughter is a nurse at EAMC.

I am entering my 9th year as the Head Coach for the SSHS Women's Varsity Soccer team. I am also beginning my 4th year as a coach for the SS Junior High Women's Cross Country team.
