I grew up in Tallapoosa County Alabama. I am one of six children. I attended Horseshoe Bend High School and graduated in 1994. I am married with two children, Brooke and Brady. I decided to go back to school after being a dental assistant for eight years. I began Southern Union State Communtiy College in 2011 and graduated with an Associate's degree in science. I graduated from Troy University Magna Cum Laude in 2014 with a Bachelor's in Elementary Education. I love teaching 5th grade.
