I have been teaching special education for 19+ years.  I earned a Bachelor’s degree in special education from Auburn University and went on to earn a Master’s degree from Auburn University in special education as well.  I have worked with students of various disabilities during this time, and they have taught me many very valuable lessons. My husband, Scott and I have been married for more than 25 years, and we have 3 wonderful children.  I have thoroughly enjoyed my time at WES and my children loved this school as well.  

This year, I am working in the role of the Behavior Support Teacher.  I will be working not only with special education students, but with general education students and teachers as well.  My goal is to take my knowledge and expertise and share my experiences with others.
