Greetings, and Welcome to The Resource Room!

My name is Monique Preston, and this is my 8th year as a Resource Teacher at Wacoochee Elementary School.  I have taught and served families of students who have special needs for 17 years!! I graduated from Auburn University at Montgomery in Fall of 2002 with a Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Special Education.  I earned a Master's degree in Collaborative Teaching, grades 6-12 in Spring of 2008.  I enjoy shopping, reading, spending time with my family, and trying new recipes that I see on TikTok.  It's my pleasure to help students acquire new skills, and master their goals! I can't wait to see how much my students learn and grow over the course of the year!
