Superintendent's Office
Welcome to the Lee County School System! We are committed to providing all students with quality, personalized learning that prepares them to meet both the challenges and the opportunities presented them in the 21st century. Our mission is to challenge every student to pursue dreams, succeed with integrity, and contribute meaningfully to a diverse society. We envision a school system that promotes a passion for student learning, supports teachers, parents, and the community, and produces engaged and lifelong learners.
Our goals are to: (1) graduate college-and-career ready students, (2) recruit, employ, develop, and retain professionals who are effective in achieving our mission, (3) use emerging technologies to support teaching, learning and work, (4) provide safe, supportive, and equitable environments, (5) manage financial resources responsibly and transparently, and (6) communicate with employees and the community to inform, engage and ensure accountability.
We deliver our mission through a strong academic program, a wide range of co-curricular and interscholastic offerings, and a commitment to provide excellence tailored to the individual needs of every student. We are a school system made up of inspired students, dedicated staff, supportive parents and community. Each day we work together to meet the academic, social, emotional, behavioral and physical needs of each our students.
The Lee County School System is a great place for families seeking a district which will provide a solid educational opportunity and a community which will provide numerous cultural opportunities for families.
