Mrs. Beth Keeshan
My name is Beth Keeshan, and I am thrilled to be teaching fourth grade at Beauregard Elementary again for the twelfth year. I know that this year will be even better than all of the rest! Our class will be filled with authentic learning experiences where students are actively engaged, motivated, and ready to learn each day.
I grew up in Jasper, AL and graduated from Walker High School with a full-ride academic scholarship to Auburn University. I then graduated with a Bachelor's of Science degree in Elementary Education from Auburn in 2007. I interned at BES in 2007 with Mrs. Seeley and fell in love with the school. I started teaching fourth grade that fall and have loved every minute of it! I am happily married to a wonderful husband named Adam, have a precious three year old son named Parker, and am expecting a little girl in December. Family is so important to me. I also enjoy running, reading, and attending any Auburn sporting events. WAR EAGLE!!
I can not wait to see what this year has in store. Math is a passion of mine, and I love teaching children to explore and investigate mathematical situations and strive to develop problem solvers. By working together this year, I know we will see each child succeed and have a fantastic fourth grade experience.
