I obtained my bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education from Troy State University in 2000.
I am Highly Qualified, according to the State of Alabama Department of Education.

2001-2004: Francis Elementary School(Houston, Tx): kindergarten teacher
2004-2005: Beauregard Elementary School: 2nd/3rd grade resource teacher

Some "Fun Facts" About Me:

I was born in Fairhope, Alabama in 1977

I almost majored in music and changed my major to education my senior year. I do love singing, dancing, and playing piano.

I met my husband, Wade, at Troy State. He played full back for the Troy State Trojans. We were married in June of 2001.

We decided to move to Houston to begin our marriage. In the three years that we lived there, we bought a house, went to many professional sports events, and learned a great appreciation for different cultures.

We QUICKLY moved back to Alabama when we learned we were expecting our first child.

We had a beautiful daughter, Auburn Raley, in August of 2004. Our handsome son, Bryant Reese, followed in 2008.

We are members of Providence Baptist Church of Opelika, where I enjoy singing in the adult choir.

We have a Rat Terrier named Pace.

My husband and son are avid Alabama fans while my daughter and I root for Auburn!! It's a house divided! War Eagle!
- Ou favorite family activities are watching our daughter play softball and volleyball, cheering on our son at football games and wrestling matches, watching movies, and spending time on beautiful Lake Martin.
