• Prior to beginning the online enrollment/ re-enrollment process, please be sure to have the required documentation.  You must provide one item from each list.  

    One of the following to connect the student's parent/guardian to property in the district.

    • Warranty Deed
    • Recent Mortgage Statement
    • Recent Property Tax Invoice
    • Lease Agreement
    • Rental Agreement


    One of the following to verify this is a current residence.

    • Current Power Bill
    • Current Water Bill
    • Current Home Phone/Internet Bill
    • Current Gas Bill
    • Current Cable/Internet Bill

    Both documents may be scanned and uploaded into SchoolMint during the online registration OR they may be scanned and emailed to edwards.donna@lee.k12.al.us.  If desired, you could fax the documents to 334-298-1812.  PLEASE MAKE SURE THE STUDENT NAME IS ON EACH DOCUMENT if emailed or faxed.
