Mrs. Amy Hill

Welcome to the 2020-2021 school year! This will be my 28th year in education and my 26th year of teaching at Beauregard High School.  I look forward to exploring some of the most important pieces in 20th-century American literature with students this year in English 11 including The Great Gatsby by F. Scott Fitzgerald, Night by Elie Wiesel, and To Kill a Mockingbird by Alabama's own Harper Lee. Students will also spend time reviewing grammar and usage, improving writing skills, and preparing for the ACT.
