Hello. My name is Elizabeth Tidwell and I am excited for the new school year at Smiths Station HIgh School. This will by my 10th year teaching. I'm originally from Dothan, Alabama. I graduated from Troy University in 2011 with a degree in Math Education and I earned a master's degree in Secondary Math Education from the University of West Alabama in 2018. Over the years, I have taught 7th grade math, Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry, and Precal. This year, I am teaching Finite Mathematics and Mathematical Modeling.
