Hello! My name is Ms. Jasmine Bailey! I am so excited about starting my fifth year teaching at Loachapoka Elementary School. This is my seventh year teaching 2nd grade! I'm from Tuskegee, AL, and I graduated from Tuskegee University with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education. I recently received my master's degree in Gifted Education at Troy University. I am an advocate for students taking charge of their own learning, with the educator facilitating the student! 

I enjoy reading, coaching the Macon County Eagles cheerleading squad, being a proud dog mom to my Lab mix, Jax, and exploring new adventures! I always challenge myself so that I'm better prepared to teach my students. I love to challenge others as well!

I'm super excited for this year and the world of pure imagination there is to explore!
