My name is Rusty Arnett, I am the Strength and Conditioning Coach here at BUH.  I graduated from Auburn University with a Bachelor's degree, as well as finishing my Master's Degree at Troy University.  I have 15 college hours in Strength training, I am a Crossfit Level 1 Instructor and am a member of the National Strength and Conditioning Association.  I enjoy spending time with my wife (Angela Arnett) and our 4 kids (Lacey Grace, Ahnesti, Asher and Bo).  I also enjoy hunting, Auburn sports, and working out.
