Hey y'all! 

I am so excited about having the opportunity to be your child's teacher this year!  I am thrilled to be part of the community here at East Smiths Station Elementary School. I attended Smiths Station schools from pre-K all the way through graduation, so being back makes me feel at home. 

After graduation, I moved to Nashville, Tennessee to further my education. I attended Trevecca Nazarene University where I obtained my Bachelor's in Elementary Education. I later attended the University of West Alabama where I obtained my Master's in Elementary Education. 

When I am not at school, I love spending time with my family. I enjoy spending time at the beach, fishing, or watching movies with my family. 

A few of my favorite things:

I enjoy drinking coffee and the occasional Dr. Pepper. My favorite sweet treats are a Snickers Bar or chocolate chip cookies. For a salty snack, I love Dill Pickle flavored chips. I love comedy movies or anything that can make me laugh! My favorite sport to watch is Alabama football (Roll Tide!!). My favorite color is teal.
