Ms. Laura Sharpe
Hi!!! My name is Ms. Sharpe. I teach Special Education at Beulah High School! This is my 3rd year at BHS. I currently serve the 7th grade students as well as a few 9th graders. I teach Reading Intervention and Math Intervention for 7th grade. I graduated from Auburn University in 2016 with my undergraduate degree in Collaborative Special Education (K-12). I continued my education at Auburn and earned my Master's degree in Collaborative Special Education in May of 2017. I am very passionate about my profession! I also coach the Junior High Cheerleaders!! Go bobcats!!!!
I am originally from Mobile, AL, where my family still lives. I love Mobile, especially around Mardi Gras time! My mother is my absolute best friend! She is currently in her 43rd year of teaching (WOW!). My aunt is a retired special education teacher. So you could say my love for teaching began when I was just a little girl!
I have been involved in cheerleading since I was 3 years old! I love boosting school spirit among the student body and showing my pride for my school! I am so excited to make this the best year yet!!!!
