Hello, my name is Amy Brown. I have been with Lee County since 2005. In my first year, I taught 7th grade Math at Wacoochee, then my 2nd year, 8th grade Math at Sanford Middle School. I have taught 7th grade Music at the Jr. High since 2007. Each semester, the choirs perform for the community and elementary schools. I sponsor several clubs, such as the Student Council, FCA (Fellowship of Christian Athletes), and Girl's Bible Study.

My husband and I have been married since 1994 and have 3 children, 2 dogs, 2 cats, a rooster, and 7 hens.

I graduated from Brewton-Parker College in Mt. Vernon, GA with a degree in Music Education. 

During the 2018-19 school year, my colleagues voted me Teacher of the Year.
