1991-I graduated from Bruce High School in Bruce, MS

1996-I graduated from The University of Mississippi with a BA in English and Spanish

After graduating from Ole Miss, I began teaching kindergarten in Oxford, Mississippi. 

After several years, I moved back home where I took a position teaching at Calhoun Academy.  During my time spent at this high school, I taught Junior and Senior English, Spanish II, Drama, was Junior Class sponsor, cheerleader coach, assistant annual staff advisor, student council advisor, in charge of homecoming and the prom.  I am still tired!

This is my 20th year teaching at Smiths Station. I currently reside in the area with my husband, Coach Collins, two of our children, and one very spoiled German Shorthaired Pointer.  We stay active with school, sports, friends, and family.  We attend Crawford Baptist Church and are involved in travel softball.  I enjoy my family time, shopping, being outdoors/hunting, reading, game days, and SEC sports...GO REBS!
