Hello!

This is my 14th year teaching special education at Smiths Station Junior High School.  I am married to my beautiful wife, Kim.  I have two Australian shepherd dogs, Murfee and Sam. One of my favorite hobbies is metal detecting. I am originally from Minnesota.  I am a huge Minnesota Vikings, Twins, Wolves, and Wild fan.

I have a BS degree in K-12 special education from Minnesota State University, Moorhead, MN.  I also have a Master’s degree in K-12 collaborative special education from Auburn University.

I love my profession and am blessed each day to have the opportunity to work with Smith Station Junior High students. I am looking forward to a GREAT 2024/2025 school year!
