Hello, I am Phyllis Ellison. I am starting my 23rd year of teaching Special Education.  I have been teaching at Lee County schools since 2007. I have a Master's degree in Special Education from Concordia University.  

I have been married for 34 years to Jeff Ellison. We have 3 children who are all grown and living on their own.  I also have 2 grandchildren, a 7-year-old girl and a 9-month-old boy. We now also have custody of our 15-year-old nephew, Logan, who is a Sophomore at Smiths Station high school. I also have 3 dogs and 2 cats. 

In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with the grandchildren and walking the dogs.
