My name is Angel Groves and I have been teaching kindergarten for 19 years! I absolutely love kindergarten! I am a proud Smiths Station graduate, and I am so glad that I get to teach in this community! After high school, I received an Associate's Degree in Liberal Arts from Chattahoochee Valley Community College. I then went on to Troy University where I received a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and a Master's Degree in Elementary Education. I interned for 8 weeks in kindergarten and 8 weeks in 6th grade. It didn't take me very long to realize where my heart belonged! I treat my babies like they are mine and once you are one of my babies, you will always be my baby! I am looking forward to a great year that includes a lot of learning and a lot of fun!

Now a little about me...

I am married and have 2 girls. Both of my girls dance competitively, so my afternoons and weekends are spent in the dance studio.  I love the beach, it brings me peace in my chaotic world. My family and I love everything Disney! We also love to travel. I enjoy taking pictures and editing them in my spare time!
