In order to comply with Act 95-313, known informally as the foundation and accountability law, please see the link below to the information we are required to provide to members of the Alabama legislature, the media, the Alabama Education Association and school principals. The information you will find at this site covers three basic areas, financial, student achievement and student discipline for the 2022 school and/or fiscal year, as appropriate.
