Use of Digital Device During the Administration of a Secure Test
The possession of a digital device (including but not limited to cell phones, MP3 players, cameras, or other telecommunication devices capable of capturing or relaying information) is strictly prohibited during the administration of a secure test.
If a student is observed in possession of a digital device during the administration of a secure test then
· The device will be confiscated and returned according school policy.
If a student is observed using a digital device during the administration of a secure test,
· Testing for the student will cease
· The device will be confiscated and is subject to search
· The student will be dismissed from testing
· The student’s test will be invalidated

Science Subject-Area Test
Last Administration is Wednesday, March 21, 2012
The last administration of the science test will be Wednesday, March 21, 2012. After this administration, all students whose diploma requirements specify passing the science subject-area test and who have not passed the science subject-area test by the spring 2012 administration will be required to pass the biology subject-area test as the “science” requirement in order to receive a diploma. Alabama High School Graduation Exam Information
Students No Longer Enrolled in School or Enrolled in an Adult Diploma Program
Any student who has completed all coursework and credits required for the Alabama High School Diploma and who is no longer enrolled in school or any students currently enrolled in an Adult Diploma Program may be eligible to sit for the spring administration of the Alabama High School Graduation Exam. Eligibility must be verified prior to testing. Prior arrangements must be made with your local high school. Contact your local high school for additional information.
